Newfoundland, Canada

St. John's, Newfoundland

It is the oldest and most eastern city in North America. It has been here for five hundred years. Here there is heritage, culture, and history.

Narrow, criss-crossing streets were carved by horses and carriages over 100 years ago. Multi-colored row hours, steep hills, hidden alleyways, a working harbour, and a narrow inlet to the ocean make this seem like a step back in time.

St. Julien's Newfoundland

Newfoundland is an island that juts out into the north Atlantic Ocean. St. Julien's is for north near the end of the Great Northern Peninsula.

Here you can watch icebergs float by as the pack ice breaks off in the Arctic Ocean and floats south on the Labrador currents.
